The firm has the necessary skills and experience in the intricacies and complexities of Administration of Deceased Estate and Municipal Law as well as the Criminal Law Practice and all spheres of private law in general.
The firm possesses the necessary capacity and skill to provide quality legal service and at the time enhancing effieciency and the image of the legal profession and business status of clients.

MALEBOGO ABRAM MPHOLOANE
MALEBOGO ABRAM MPHOLOANE a DIRECTOR and founder of MA MPHOLOANE INCORPORATED.
Mpholoane holds LLB degree from University of the North, Diploma of Interpretation and Drafting of Contracts and Advanced Banking Law from University of Johannesburg. He served his Articles of Clerkship with a Johannesburg Law Firm of NOKO ATTORNEYS under close supervision by Mr Noko.
He was trained in the field of Administration of Deceadsed Estate, MVA, Civil and Criminal Litigation and also Family Law as a Candidate Attorney and thereafter as a Legal Assistant.
MPHOLOANE is a tactful communicator whose capacity and skills have been displayed through his daily interaction with Road Accident Fund officers, the Master’s office officials and Companies’ office officials. His tenacity lies in his believe in justice and fairness. He is the embodiment of fairness.
